I cannot imagine anyone would think "Everyone a peasant!" would be successful. Claiming "Everyone a king" would be appealing. When the peasants realized they were tricked, what can they do?

Everybody knows the true enemy is The Sun.

This is actually the trick the US government used to get the plains Indians to drop their chiefs. Apparently some of those chief's were (just like many other leaders of peoples throughout history) not liked. So they told them, and I believe rightly so, our form of government makes every man a chief. Then of course we screwed them on the deal after.
