This YKYDAJ/J can be also you know you TOW a junker when nobody wants to borrow your trailer.
Used to have a newish, nice trailer. People kept borrowing it almost daily. Nowadays, have an old, ugly, rattling and banging trailer. Gets borrowed maybe once or twice a year.

One person has asked to borrow one of my cars in the almost six years that I have owned them.
"It doesn't have power steering"
"Okay..."

I learned how to drive on cars without power steering, and some were not too smaller than your Civic (if any smaller at all).

That's quite extreme. Didn't see anything like that not even when an uncle of mine used to drive only junkers beaten the hell out of.

They are trolling, actual condition of car doesn't matter. If your car is backed in to your drive or if it hasn't move in a while you will likely get an ad. My neighbours car which may set for two or three weeks often gets them as do I, mine is always backed in.

Still better than setting fire to the jalopies as it happened a few times here in Brazil. I remember when there was a gang setting fire to older cars randomly in the outskirts of São Paulo, even if they were parked inside their owners' property.

Where's the point in that? Has to be some sort of control /intimidation plot.
