YKYAEM when...
...Someone sees your rear wheelskirts and thinks they are stock. "Excuse me, what model Citroen is that? I haven't seen one like that yet."

...you hear the roaring sound of a subwoofer from the nearby car and you are more offended by the amount of gas he is burning than the sound

...your belive power steering in subcompact cars should be optional

...you are maintaining "healthy weight" but not for health reasons

...your are considering using your dougnut spare as your stock tires

...your brakes squeek, from lack of use, not beacuse calipers are worn

...you like that your car has power-nothing!

I do actually like that my car has power nothing! Power windows, locks, remotes are just more things that can break! Ahh, the simplicity of crank windows and regular hand-powered door locks.

when you have actually spent money (and countless shopping hours) downgrading your vehicle so it would have power nothing.
Its really hard to find a manual steering gear!

(when I first read "power steering should be optional, my first thought was actually "psh, it should be illegal!" but Piowslaw beat me to it)

It seems that buying new cars without all the power options is almost impossible, especially hybrids
