Well? How many Zolecos are on the road now? Or is it my fault there aren't any?

I don't know Frank, did he ever say he was going to take the world by storm, or just get one built for fun?
I have not read the tread, some pretty pictures in there though.

He was going to build them after collecting enough moolah from "investors" and "customers" to proceed with "development".

This will probably dissappoint some people....there are no Zolecos on the road yet. No, Frank it is not your fault. My motivation and passion for the development of an energy efficient car is not affected by the cynic in you.I thought it would be quite obvious that a project the size of mine does not happen quickly....I have a small wallet and a huge project to complete...hence I now have two jobs,am selling my house and hope to be able to finance further work on my car some time soon. That is how important it is to me.Hope you are not so confused now.

Looks like I will continue building the Zoleco for fun with my creative passion and purpose being my driving force in hopes of taking the world by storm one day when completed.

Zoltan, it sounds familiar! What is the next big hurdle on your project? You have a rolling chassis, as I remember, so is the drivetrain the next step?

I'm still confused. :/ So how about this hypothetical question: Say you have the 4 million dollars or whatever amount it is you think you need. Can you detail what it is you would do next (on the car, that is)?

The next big hurdle would be the completion of all the design and plug building. What you see so far is a mostly complete exterior body shape. The interior shape needs to be imagineered to have the same flowing body lines as the exterior. This would include making the door jambs and sills, window frames, hood underside, hatchback underside, trunk area, engine compartment finish panels and the headlight housings and lenses.Time for all this would be well into the few hundred man hour range.Currently the push is on as I am working two jobs to get ahead so that I can resume working on the car! There are no man hours left in a day at my current output.Hence the car must wait. I have my house up for sale as well...which will be a huge help...but the market is slow right now.
