Anyone using magnets to increase milage?

i live a few hours away -
but i will drive to Binghamton NY with my Geo Metro ,
i have been logging fuel economy for close to 30k miles on this car so i have a feeling any improvement will show on just the fuel log
but
i also will log the trip to and the trip home , same day same fuel same everything
only difference will be your
HOAX , installed on my car for the trip back

i will upload logged trip data showing speed rpm fuel trims temperature ....
CALCULATED LOAD and
the MPGuino trip MPG for both trips .

ON TWO SUBSEQUENT WEEK ENDS one i pick up your hoax , uninstall it from you car and install it on mine
2nd return and uninstall it from my car and re install it on yours .

so lying sack of pooh - do you accept ?
i have the tools , i have the software s , i have the knowledge.

How about magnetized acetone? I'd try it but I'm afraid it might make turn into a zombie.

I don't know about you, but I have been around long enough, and lived through enough gasoline shortages, to know that magnets were being touted as fuel saving devices long before there were ECU's. Long before digital computers, in fact.

That reminds me. When I used to fix Divco milk delivery trucks, a couple of the guys clipped wooden clothespins to the fuel lines. Claimed they prevented vapor lock, improved performance, and gave them better gas mileage. (The delivery guys paid for their own gas so they were always trying to maximize mileage.) Maybe wooden clothespins will be the next big thing!

...if those magnets don't 'pan-out' remember you can always use them to hunt for meteoroids on your property...probably with BETTER success too.

Magnetise the wooden clothespegs, that seems the obvious next step.
That's putting it simply. In fact, one would use a magnet to realign the molecules of the clothespeg.

I use magnets on my truck.

I put a couple rare earth magnets on the oil filter, the theory being that they may hold any errant metal particles which somehow slip past the filter.
I realize that is pretty unlikely, but I had magnets I wasn't using for anything else, and I can't imagine how it could hurt.

And as a bonus, I noticed a 1000% mpg increase as soon as I did it!!

i put my magnets on my bottom of my oil pan by the drain

next time i do an oil change, ill pull the drain and then the magnets

and hopefully any crud gets flushed out

I put magnets all over my refrigerator. It hasn't burned a bit of gasoline since.

BTW, what about that promised road trip in August? Two years later, and still no ABA testing? Ha ha ha!
