Just tested the AC controller with a DC bus of 308v (288v nominal). It worked! Hurray!! It was only on the small AC motor, which is a few amps per phase. Here's a video of it running at 84v nominal. It's just V/Hz at the moment to check if it was working:

From my side, just launched in production my driver board :

I designed this board for direct mount on these standard 6 pack igbt module :

This IGBT module was sleeping in a drawer, I will use it for my 144V/400A DC controller for my car conversion (2 agnis 95R motor in series). A transistor is dead on this module but I will just use 4 transistors, I will parallelize 2 pairs of them to better divide the current and thermal effect on each transistor.

The good thing is that this universal driver board will permits AC configuration in future

This IGBT module is a 600V/450A @80°c model, from danfoss. With 2 half-bridge parallelized for DC brushed configuration, I can go up to 900A if needed

Now I need to develop the control board, and the DC capacitor bank board with busbar connection :/
For the capacitors I will use ten of these : C4ATDBW5600A30J Kemet | 399-6223-ND | DigiKey
I hope it will be enough !

My schematic is just exactly 3 time this powerex prototype board : http://www.pwrx.com/pwrx/app/bg2b_application_note.pdf

I use VLA106-15242 for the DC/DC supplies, and VLA503-01 for the 5A +15/-8V igbt drivers.

Don't you think VLA503-01 are little week for this job? I think separate DC/DC flyback converter with 6 separate windings would do much better job.

VLA503-01 is the hybrid module to drive IGBT, the DC/DC hydrid module is the VLA106-15242. They says this couple of hybrid modules is good to drive their IGBT up to 600V/400A @ 10Khz switching.
For now I don't want to waste time too reinvent the wheel, too many other thing in progress, thus for now I just want to trust them
