I don't know if any lakes around here ever properly freeze over, even in Pinetop-Lakeside, which is at 7,000 feet.

Some roads I don't bother taking in the winter. They become uncontrolled one lane roads because of all the ice fishermen parked on what they pretend is the shoulder (the actual shoulder is a snowbank). And you generally run into someone going the other way.

After working out in the freezing cold until way past dark I got in and was treated to a hot cup of Mexican punch.

I have heard of caramel M&Ms, but haven't tried them. I never heard of Mexican punch, though! Is it habit forming?

Only if you like fruit. It's kind of like hot apple cider with a lot of fruit in it.

I am back up to 45 push-ups in a row. I have been trying to do at least 2 sets a day, 3 days a week for maybe 6 months. Obviously I could do more if I lost weight.

I want to lose 30 pounds in order to meet Army standards. I think that I will pick up jumping rope.
It should be easier on my ankle than running and would strengthen it, while allegedly burning calories faster!

According to the Bad Math Index I need to lose 50-100 pounds, but it doesn't take into account 3 dimensions!

Several people told me to just go for a walk, but it would take three times as long to burn the same number of calories!

If I jump rope for 22-25 minutes a day, every day, for 30 weeks I would allegedly lose 30 pounds in 30 days.

It's Xistday! :)

I saw four clients, none of whom cooperated. I am now being paid less for the same work. On March First the state of Arizona announced they would pay less for in-person services, effective 1/1/21, but my boss told me today they aren't providing back pay like everyone else.

Mom had me sign up my brother for a vaccine appointment, which wasn't bad, just not as easy as it should be. Then she had me drive her to two different drive-throughs, lost my burrito, had me fill up her gas tank, and then told her sister that I am 43. I objected and she announced that I am 44.

I am 42!

She called me by my younger brother's name, too.

The cash is flowing much less than last year, but honestly this was a much better birthday.

I raked and shoveled a 2" mat of wet leaves off the carport roof without falling off.
