Anyone stuck behind me in anything is gonna be stuck in the low 50s or even high 40s.
The Tempo will do 100 mph (I think- stupid 85 mph speedos) so no worries there.
But I was referring to the Metro. High 50s mpg isn't a bad place to be stuck but I'm GREEDY.

My parents had a '93 Tempo. The needle would stay pegged for a long time while slowing down! I'm not sure how I know that!

Stock 2017 u.s. Honda Civic still not gotten better than 60 mpg for a trip. 70 mpg without mods seems unattainable with my drives to from work.

Unmodified, it does seem unlikely, especially if it is an auto trnasmission. But 50/60 mpg is remarkable in that car.

Searched for the 1 in 20 manual transmissions available in u.s. market. 59.1 best single trip per scangauge(47 miles). Average near 53 mpg since I’ve had it. A new 2000-2200 pound car with 90-100 hp like my first corolla which got 38 to 40 mpg before I heard of hypermiling just aren’t made anymore. It was an 86 coupe.

Do I get a sticker?!?!
Every Saturday the paper I deliver for gives 20 extra people a paper. Today I stopped atop a small hill, shut the car off, and rolled in neutral to all of the mailboxes with newspaper tubes along it.

Impressive! I'd like to have a "longest EoC" category. Probably will be won by someone in Colorado, I'd imagine.

Well there's the grapevine and I15 between vegas and La, in Cali, the I70 stretch in Utah, the backside on 80 through Fruita, for starters. Can't see where it would be limited to location only
