Pulled all three panels off of the aero cap so I can revise them. Going with light plywood sides and sculpted multiple layers of Foamular and a Tyvek cover fer the hatch. I might add some Foamular to the sides on top of the plywood so I can shape/sculpt the sides. Looking to make the hatch setup more of a cap setup versus the ridge setup from before and radius the edges of the hatch so it will be more aerodynamic. Gotta move quickly before the next storm front rolls in tomorrow.

Current aero cap configuration...
I have to revamp the front access doors as they are sticking out up on top.
Ended up gitting the wrong black paint (gloss instead of flat) so it looks like it's wet.
I did perform a water leak test...no drips inside except where the front acess doors are!

BZP, do the revised side skirts provide a noticeable difference? I've been brewing a revision of mine in my head, and my concept looks similar to what you put together. How about the rear wheel skirt?

If it's going to be on Reddit, you should re-spray the flat black to keep up appearances.

The side skirts are shorter this version and I've made them from my remaining stock of Coroplast (18x24). Ideally, I would've made them from a single piece but this version will work fine fer my needs. The shorter side skirts don't contact the speed bumps like the previous version. I'm not sure if the side skirt performance is measurable with my fuel data since I have a lot of new stuff.
The rear wheel skirt was made from two pieces. The top section stops right at the top of the side trim. The bottom section was made from a single sheet of 4'x4' Coroplast. They are reinforced on the outside with shelving brackets which was hand bent to match to clear the tires and to keep them from rubbing on the tires.
The rear wheel strakes were made from scrap galvanized air ducting. They are held in place with some wooden supports on the inside. I believe I posted that process in my belly pan thread.

I'm not painting just to keep up appearances. I will paint after I see how much of the paint is eroded away with the air flow and road debris.
