Certain days they have free shipping on all orders over $150, then your coupon works as free shipping.
You also might try
JCWhitney Coupon Codes | JCWhitney Promotional Offers | JCWhitney Coupons
sometimes their expired coupons still work but not always correctly and JC Whitney likes to reuse the same coupon codes over and over again.
There was a 20% w/ free ship some time ago. Probably doesn't work, also many First Time Buyers can get free shipping, might be a good time to place a phone order and ask for free ship and 20% off.
Or just be patient and wait, they always have some type of promotion.
Cheers
Ryan

I'm open to suggestions if I have overlooked an accurate and inexpensive and elegant solution to measuring my fill ups.
Finest regards,

Troy, couldn't you measure the WEIGHT of fuel added?
First, measure the weight of a known volume of biodiesel to get density. Then, weigh the vessel used to add the fuel before and after fueling. This is actually MORE accurate (has the potential to be) because volume of a given amount of fuel will change slightly with temperature, but the weight stays steady.

Hmmm, measure the mass.
Dear MeanJoe,
I never thought about measuring the mass. I have a pretty decent scale, so I could weigh the fuel jugs before and after filling.
Have to try that.
Thanks, you guys are smart.

Nice find for $50! I thought my find was good...$95 shipped from a guy on craigslist. I actually used craiglook.com...you can search craiglist postings within a 250 mile radius of your location. It's pretty nice.

MJ, you don't even know how suprised I was. I was looking for gauges for my car, and saw scanguage 2. I didn't even have a OBD2 vehicle at the time, but for $50, I hopped on it, and got it sent to SG to get updated.

I just ordered my new SGII for $125 shipped to my door off ebay. I was surprised at the price. I can't wait to get it and start playing with it.

It's a really cool gadget. I haven't had a whole lot of time to mess with it, but it's a good feeling to visually see that all my hard work in aero mods have paid off some! I already knew they did upon fillups, but it's cool to see it live. I put it in my wife's '97 Grand Am GT. It's tough to say since it's so cold, but I am getting 6-12 more mpg gallon depending on speed. I'm pleased

I got my SGII on Friday and installed it. I still have to calibrate it to the gas tank. My S2000 is very tight inside, but I still managed to find a place for the SGII. So far I like it a lot.
