Awesome van!! It was on the track during stage 2 so we got to see it in action / side-by-side! Nice job and the exhaust pipes were a real nice touch!!

UltArc is a happy camper - quite literally!!
He drove countless miles non-stop between Ohio to North Carolina then back to Ohio (didn't the Pretenders sing that!) then off to Watkins Glen to compete. There's a good chance he may have camped out in his car for some shuteye. At the end of the day there's a well deserved award in hand - excellent job UltArc!!

four days later and all I can think about is the great people I met at the GGP and what can be done to the car for more MPG! and of course vacuumed formed, ABS, wheel skirts like Brucepicks

It sounds fun! Too bad it's so far away. I'm eagerly awaiting the official results.

I wish I could have pulled it off this year, looks like it was a lot of fun.

I'm already making plans to enter Ron Burgundy in next year's event, even though it's a 1,200 mile drive up there. By then I'll have the full belly pan on, the side mirrors replaced with the tiny aero mirrors I bought, the 3-button shifter installed, EPS fuse re-pulled, any other mods I come up with between now and then, some weight reduction and another year of hypermiling practice behind me!
