Go around a turn and tap the brakes and the rear end is going to try and pass the front end.
Maybe Ralph Nader will publish a book about it.

Ran myself over with this 3-wheeler in the first couple hours of riding it. It started to dip, so I posted a foot out to steady her, but it got sucked under the rear tire. I ended up face down on the ground with the throttle pinned; tire trying to transition from burning out on my leg to crawling up my back. Was fun the whole time she tried to kill me.
... and that's one of the 5th wheel "campers" in the background on the trip that I slept in a hammock.

In one of their videos they said that it was less affected by crosswinds than a regular car.

Do I have to point out that two wheels in the rear and one in the front is different than two in the front and one in the rear especially when the distance between them goes from several inches to several feet?

Simple physics.
It's better to have under steer than over steer
And Ralph Nader wrote a book a book about it.
Too much weight weight in the rear the back end is going to try and pass the front. Too little weight in rear and one wheel is definitely going to try and spin out. But I'm sure apthara will come up with the great idea of not including a rear brake to counter the problem

And how do you know there is more weight in the rear than in the front? How does a rear wheel spin out in a front wheel drive car?
Also Teslas have more weight in the rear than in the front. I suppose most of them have also already spun off the road, right?

Nope. I built my trike reversed.
The kid in the arm sling tried to check chain tension while the motor was spinning the wheel and nearly severed his finger.
That teacher dropped by my 40th a few weeks ago and gave me the steering wheel.

You can check chain tension or belt tension while something is running. Use a stick, I do it all the time.

Tesla doesn't have anywhere close to 2/3 to 1/3 weight distribution and as far as I know all teslas have 4 wheels.

My only experience with more or less wheels are dually pickups. Those do fishtail terrible when unloaded. but load the truck properlly and things pan out pretty well.
The point is, reguardless of the number of tires, the lack or addition of contact patches can be made up for with the overall weight distribution. It's not a doomsday vehicle just because it doesn't have four tires. Just put the weight where it needs to be and it'll be fine.
How many other modern production trikes are flying off roads like tops when the driver barely taps the brakes?

Are you talking about the two-wheel or three-wheel drive version? Low polar moment with the batteries at the center of mass. 'Tapping the brakes' = regen.

The 2 wheel drive version should be disastrous, the 3 wheel version with more power maybe catastrophic.
We will only ever find out if they build them.
