I got an email about a recent webinar that included a number to links to Youtube videos. Here are three:

The last one stars Joe Morgan. I just got off the phone with him. They may have someone with deep enough pockets to field a vehicle on Bonneville Salt Flats.

edit:
Here is Gordon Murray's Motive single seat, four wheel electric microcar.

Looks like ArciMoto is planning to offer a topless version.

Did I notice...

I bought a few FUV shares at about $6, sold them at 7, bought them back at 6, sold them at 7 again, bought at 6 and some more at $5.33... and sold all at $8.
Over 50% gains in less than a month of daytrading.

And then it went to $16 within 2 days.
Ah well, I have profited. But just not as much as could be.

It dipped down to $13.50 within minutes now.
Needs to dip quite some more before I buy back in.

EDIT maybe this had something to do with it?

A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as sole placement agent for the offering.
Since you're involved in the market, can you teach me how to acquire the stock? Do I have find A.G.P. or any stock broker?

I've told Joe Morgan that if I could walk into Arcimoto's office and throw down $20 I'd do it once a month. I guess it doesn't work that way.

Arcimoto is listed on the NASDAQ under FUV. You could use a broker but there are plenty of companies that let you buy and sell stocks online with a few clicks.

Sign up for an account
Link a bank account or deposit a check to fund your account
Look up FUV, type in how much you want to buy, and click buy

ETrade is a popular online broker (Owned by Morgan Stanley)

You're missing out by avoiding use of a smartphone. Robinhood is an Android app that has free trades.

Little suspicious of that name though, because it's almost guaranteeing that it's going to redistribute everyone's investments.

For someone who is risk-adverse, I'd not recommend investing in single stocks. Besides, it's not like buying a stock helps the company after they have already gained all of the capital from the initial sale. After that, it just becomes a zero-sum betting game that goes on for eternity, or the company goes under.

I'd be very careful now. The best moment to buy was a couple of days ago.

Trade is going berzerk today. FUV has 31.86 million shares outstanding, and more than 20 million changed hands in the first 4 hours of trading. Speculation is high and there may be a sharp selloff when it starts to drop a bit, people covering their gains.

I tried to trade on the bumps and dips, but it way outran my top limit.
I'll try a more cautious strategy later on, but won't buy back in at this level.

Do your picks outperform the total market?

I've got roughly 10% in picks, and 90% in Vanguard Total Index. My picks are returning less than the index.

Hard to say, I only have TSLA and just a few shares of Fastned and was trading a few of FUV.
TSLA is almost 900% profit, Fastned is level and FUV was 50% profit in a few weeks, but sold out.

My TSLA strategy was long, but after it hit over 1600 pre-split I started selling on a high to match a set value; I'll buy a share if the total value of my shares drops below the target, and sell one if I can do so and still be above target. But gradually raising the target. I buy or sell a couple of shares a week like that, and it earns me about 40-50 per week.

With Arcimoto I took more risk, mainly selling all if the price went above target. That backfired a bit with this crazy jump, but still I had a quick profit albeit small.

Fastned is a brick. It does little.

Most of my money is on the bank. I may invest more and diversify, but don't like to invest in what I don't know much about. But TSLA definitely pulled me in.
