Something to keep in mind: depending on placement of the batteries in the rear, you may be reducing front end traction, particularly if you're placing any of them aft of the rear axles.

I'll keep that in mind. Last winter, traction was great. I even used the Metro to push my truck out of the snowy side of the road once....

Here's a video just showing the controller hooked to the computer and communicating.

I have a serial to USB cable around somewhere that I used for programming the Alltrax AXE on my motorcycle. I can't find it anywhere right now, of course... I have also found that Serial to USB adapters NEVER seem to work as well as just plain serial cables.

Also, last week, I worked on a battery warming tray for my backseat battery box.

I made a video but forgot to post it here. Maybe I will post it in the HOW-TO section as well.

Ben if it blinks really fast like that, then there is some sort of fault, like no throttle hooked up.

That's right - the throttle is in the car. I was only rubbing the two throttle wires together to see the chart go to full throttle or zero throttle!

It looks like the throttle ramping is still set to 6 - is that right? Paul, I thought the chip you sent me had it turned up?

Could Paul or Adam walk me through turning my acceleration up?

I just got back from picking up 10 slightly used AGM batteries. They are the same size as my existing batteries, but have slightly more capacity. If I am ignoring the rest of the world, it's because I am sticking new batteries in my car!!!!
