I don't know if he used this: Motivator: Create your own customized motivational poster

But that might be how he did it. Or you can use google and type in "motivational" or "motivator" for more links.

Heh. No, that's all the bigger it is. I just grabbed it off Photobucket on my lunch hour and modified it with Adobe InDesign that I use at work. It originally said "Cougars", so I blacked out the "s". That's why it's off-center. And, of course, I replaced the subtitle.

I checked out nubie's link. It works well. Just search for "cougar close up" on photobucket to get the raw photo, and then import it into the Motivator poster generator. Then you can purchase a high-res copy if you want.
