None! Those are very attractive wheel covers.

I voted for 2-3 just because I don't trust the hot glue to hold up lol.
There are so many magnets on there that you shouldn't have to worry about wind but I think the chances of you pulling the covers off are pretty slim...

You mean you think the magnets are going to stay behind, stuck to the wheel?
I've put them on/off the wheels a bunch of times with no problems at all, so far. But if the glue weakens, that could change.

You should put some gorilla glue on there. Now that will hold!

I subjected the wheel discs to another trip today (yes, slacked off and went snowboarding again). ~270 km / 168 mi. including speeds up to ~110 km/h and moderate/heavy freeway traffic for a portion. It was mostly for the sake of research... the snowboarding was just a bonus.
All that were on the car when I left were still on the car when I got back! (He says, with a note of surprise in his voice.)
Though I will say that 16 magnet chunks are better than 8.
I ran out of magnets, so put one disc on the car that had only 8. It went on a rear wheel, under the skirt (thinking it's better protected from the wind). It didn't come off, but one edge lifted up. Needs moar magnets.

If you put a pinhole in a disk, could you tie a piece of fishing line to the wheel, thread it through the disk, and tether it?

...and, when they're being "dragged" behind, furrowing through the snow, they'll act like mini snow-anchors to guarantee you can't speed (wink, wink)"

cratered roads: 1; magnetic wheelcover: 0
The voting is closed. 15.4% of you were correct!
We have another failed magnetic wheel disc experiment. One disappeared on a drive this week.
It went AWOL somewhere on a crazy, cratered, pothole-ridden road (the same road on which I came around a corner face to face with another car stopped in my lane, with a busted ball joint and one front wheel jutting out at a crazy angle).
Next year I'll have to get to the wreckers for a set of hubcaps to modify... BEFORE we get six feet of snow.
Fortunately we're nearly to spring, and I can stick my skinny 13" LRR's back on anyway. Perhaps next week.
