To work this out you need your hp for given speed/rpm X load. If your truck cruises at 30% load then that's about 50hp based on your figures.

I have no idea what it is now, if I'm on the gas more than a hair (out of OD naturally) its busy accelerating to around 80mph while staying under 2500......I'm just trying to figure out based on the engine in its old stock form needed to produce to move and maintain the truck at a reasonable speed

Swapping gears, not cheap is going to be about the least expensive option to see any real improvement.

Historic rocket powered by rubber fuel - Technology & science - Space - Space.com | NBC News
The fuel,N-propyl nitrate, may be hard to come by. Spaceship One burns a combination of [an ingredient of] rubber and nitrous oxide. Burning rubber and NOS would make it fast and furious.

I already have some tall gears, 3.55s because ironically these high gears work better with a stroker for getting power to the ground anyway and I can't go much lower.....the only thing lower would be 3.21 gears

At what time or condition would you utilize 620-bhp?
My T-100,naked,only required 47-horsepower to maintain 70-mph.

If you're doing 1/8 or 1/4-mile,your power to weight ratio will be the greatest factor in getting ETs down.Or maintaining what you've already got.
Mass is the poison of acceleration.
If you add a second powerplant/powertrain,that additional weight will really cut into your time and exit velocity.
With no aluminum,or lightweight composite body available,it will be hard to cut weight in order to add weight ,while maintaining a constant weight.

A V8 that can do cylinder deactivation would be a better bet. Not as good mpg as a four-cylinder - but arguably better in lots of ways than having a separate four-cylinder in the vehicle.
