This sounds awesome. I would prefer Sunday, but could do Saturday. (Actually I would prefer a Tuesday but I know that's not the best choice for most 9-5'ers)

The good thing is the Redskins are playing away on Sunday.
Not that it matters on Saturday.
But it probably would have had a HUGE impact on the rally once you rolled around FedEx Stadium.

Just a reminder bump. Would love to get some more people to come.

Again last saturday I was driving on the east and north portion of this loop in a 16" box truck with a 12" trailer I was going 60 and everyone else was going 75. no traffic to speak of.

This sounds pretty cool! Just a little further away then I would like to travel. My xb would probably only get 45mpg at best.

If it was at....say Columbus, OH I would be down. They have a nice beltway too.

Nope. It never really took off. Really not worth it if only 3 people are involved...

I'm kinda sad about it. I thought it would be a good idea when I thought about it.

Oh well. Perhaps another time.

Sorry to see this event didn't happen - yet.
It could still happen!
Maybe in spring when you can hope for decent weather?

I organized one in western MA for this past Oct. 26.
We had seven, maybe eight people seriously interested in participating.
Several people dropped out over the last couple weeks leading up to the event, and we ended up with THREE die hard participants. I'm very glad that sheepdog 44 and Formula413 were able to join me.
