The dog and I went cross-country skiing yesterday. (At 8500 ft, admittedly: though it did snow down at home level, nothing stuck.) Still about 4 ft of snowpack, with a couple inches of fresh stuff on top.

All I know is that I am looking forward to that.
I was in newfound one night about a week ago and it was 20'f.

Well post 29 mentions it again. It will make uk colder as ice melt will cool waters around us and gulf stream will slow down or stop. Ummmm opposite of what everyone thinks or thought. Doing my little bit. Today heavy snow starting lay and 2c. Put an end to any outside jobs. :-(

Happy to report that our spring blizzard has all but melted away, 24 hours later. It's still colder than it should be , but the forecast looks nicer each day.
We now return to your regularly scheduled seasonal progression.
