Just now realized that I've owned the Firebird part of the Firebrid for about 40 years now. These photos are just days after I bought it. Wow, time flew by!

Finally got the initial "check" copies of the house plans.

So far it looks almost identical to my sketch. That's a good thing.

if any one really really wants to do a hybrid swap i suggest getting one from a 2mode Hybrid

available in Hemi and LS2 (LS2 based aluminium block) flavors...

both V8 engines you will get about 25-30 mpg or so in a car

it's pretty much a drop in upgrade. for any RWD .. might need a STRONGER drive shaft though

these 2modes use a 4" drive shaft .. due to the massive amount of torque..


other wise you will end up twisting up your nuts and bolts
