I still lurk about the possibility of building a wooden house, but some long-term maintenance such as repainting and applying chemical treatments once in a while is a matter of concern. Well, makes me wonder how a vinyl clad might interfere to the thermal comfort.

I have hundreds of photos of it being built. I'm an engineer and my grandfather was a builder back in the day, so I know a thing or three about home construction. This house is built SOLID! The appraiser valued it well over the mortgage. |

Yeah. Dave Ramsey says to always have a home inspector inspect the home. Always listen to Dave Ramsey.

He gives good and safe advice for most people, but it seems like the people who insist that I need to follow Dave Ramsey's follow him far less than I do.
