5 speed or CVT? Sounds high to me, but details like whether the battery has ever been replaced etc would help.

Not enough information but I would never pay that for one so old the battery warranty had expired. I probably wouldn't pay that for an 06 Model the last year they were made.

There would be one year left on the battery warranty on an 06.

I agree with Old Mech: wouldn't pay that unless the pack was under warranty.
