Cheap and simple option - Black correx (coropast here in the UK) - A3 sheets are on ebay for a few pounds. Then cable ties - the long ones or double them up and wrap them inside the grill, maybe 2 or 3 on each side.

That way you can experiment and remove (servicing - dealers don't like them) or adjust them easily (scissors).

If you get them in black then won't show up at all too.

Did this with my Fabia and it lasted a whole winter (snow included) in one piece. My Aygo has the upper nostrils and 85% of my lower grill blocked this way too.

Well i got a sheet of 2mm Clear perspex and cut all 4 grills out to fit and im really happy with the 3 lower grill's you can hardly tell they are there at all and they look Factory fit which i what i was going for but the main grill i may have to look at again as im not 100% happy with that yet.
I ended up using black foam number plate sticky pads to fix the grill blocks.
I will get some photos up tomorrow for you to have a look at and make any suggestions.

I may end up getting a De-badged front grill so i can make a cleaner block.
