Vman455 —Let us know how it is.

The flick also will mark Marvel Studios second female movie following Captain Marvel, with an Elizabeth Olsen Scarlet Witch series also in development for the Disney Plus streaming service.
Is Disney Plus among the streaming services you pay for?

Disney Plus plans to undercut Netflix when it comes to pricing for its streaming service, and will likely come in under the monthly $8 to $14 fee charged by Netflix.

Seems like it's a fun distraction, not as good as the best Marvel movies, but good enough to waste money on a ticket for.
They both have anime eyes. Alita has lolicon eyes and Captain Marvel has the smoldering laser eye look

I'll go see Captain Marvel with my younger daughter, we have seen all the others. I don't care if they make her ultra 'feminist' or whatever you want to call it but I've heard they took it to far and now she's not relatable. Even the opposite say Tony Stark as Iron Man you feel for him, you somehow can relate to a billionaire playboy. What an actor says outside of a movie is meaningless to me. No different than what my garbage man might say or a ski instructor might say unless they are talking garbage or skiing.

I do not feel that my professor is doing a good job, but this is a movies thread and not Xist rants about education in New Mexico. It just seems that when I try to take a break from my class, I am still more focused on it.

Is there a way to do this besides CGI?

The only service for which I pay that streams is Amazon Prime. The only times that I have used that lately was to play "Sesame Street: The Cookie Thief" for my brother while I tried to study and "Monk" some time recently. I watched "Defiance" back in January, mostly when I had strep, and "My Girl" (until the bee scene) sometime around then. I also watched "Daddy's Home 2" sometime around then.

Strangely, it does not show when I watched anything.

Hersbird, did you get further with "The Expanse" and "Psych?" I watched the first two seasons of the former and every episode of the latter. I had not realized that I could watch the third season without paying extra.

I kind of wish that I still did not know that.

If they make a movie based in this cartoon, I bet some people will say the silver hero it's the villain of the history :

Let us know what you think. I can't afford to go to movies so I have to settle for all the drama around Rotten Tom-ah-toes

edit.
* Sounds like a job for Naomi Wu.

I have a 7th grade daughter and a 5th grade son.

Basically I hate movies these days.

Movies in general, or just the Chinese control of Hollywood?

They'd have been born after the turn of the century. What do they think of Metropolis? 2001?

I'm curious about tween reviews of old movies (Not Teen React videos). That will tell you which movies will stand the test of time.

The classics (Monty Python, Star Wars, Airplane, LOTR) played well. I'm still glowing with pride that a few months ago we asked Charlie Jr. what movie he wanted that night, and he asked for Hudson Hawk.

"Hudson Hawk" is a Classic!

"Swing on a Star" is one of my favorite songs and I periodically listen to the Hudson Hawk version because I only remember the theme song from "Out of This World."

I'm trying to find out what was the name of the movie about "Aunt Jordina".
Jesus, in that film they had a supposed "Jordam Peterson" but in a female version. Like she was a guru for women. It was a bit old film, before social medias, and I didn't even watched it entirely.
It was the story of a supposed old woman PHD in psychology who write a book to help women who felt not happy about life or the rules of the world and rules of relationship & marriage. But in fact there was no such old lady, since she was the creation of a young women without any PHD but who felt had something important to say and help other women.

It was so many years ago, maybe 14. I only remamber (and I may be wrong) that the actress who played the role of a TV hoster that would interview the PDH old lady was Ellen Barkin, or someone very look like her back then.

In the end of the film the character, young woman not PDH who really wrote the book, go to TV and says to everyone (thich was waiting to meet the old lady PHD on TV studio) that there was no PHD psychology old lady at all, and that she imagined people would listen to her (the character she created as a author of a book) if they believe in the teachings of a old women with PDH in psychology.

Edited : I found the movie, Someone Like You (2001).
Here the moment she reveals she is the true "Aunt Jordina" :
