The rear wheels.

Your new best tank, was it with or without the rear wheel skirts?

I wouldn't put anything that's too wide in the rear. As in the original setup at least half skirts seems pretty easy to DIY.

Without. Igor doesn't have a skirt yet. It'll have to wait till after i have decided on wheel size.

That's a thought: I don't have to have the same size front and back. I can go with bigger diameter (also wider) only front and keep the narrow original back.

Top 10

The last week has not been really good but the top ten encourages me to try and stay there. I'll do better the last half of the tank. Competition can be good.

Hm; skirts, bigger wheels, kamback... Work to do.

Go with the biggest diameter you can

Even if it's not legal, i believe the authorities in sweden have better things to do

With taller gearing you really have to start working up on those rear wheel skirts.

19.6987% over epa - you've nearly "hypermiled" an Aygo

I don't really know the definition of hypermiling. Im trying as good as I can. I was hoping for better but "EPA" or the european equivalent is very high (low in l/100km). I found a german fellow at sprimonitor.de with a C1 who is amazingly good though.

Winter is coming and mileage is getting worse. I'm trying to get my hands on a pair of 185/60-15 to se if bigger diameter will improve things. Skirts are still on the drawing board.

Thanks for the thumbs up. I'll have a look at your video by the way.

20% over the rated fuel consumption will give you the coveted ecomodder.com hypermiler status.

If you start from the rather unrealistic NEDC numbers, doing 20% better is quite an achievement.

The wider tyres are very likely going to give more aerodynamic drag.
