Harry Miller
If we could get a date for Miller's blueprint we'd have a sense of whether Miller inspired Preston Tucker,or vice-versa,as they were long-time friends.
Nice find! 
OOOOOOOOOps! My brain finally kick-started,I found the link,read the article.
Looks like Miller (and others) inspired the Tucker Torpedo.Thanks again.
