Update the Trebant used a 2 cylender 500 something 2 stroke engine, air-cooled vertical twin.

All I remember about them is a picture of one on a big dumpster cause they couldn't do anything with a junk shell after getting all the useable parts off one. Wiki says they were used for an average of 28 years.

OK, I guess I was close enough.

How about this one. Maybe too easy, but this view may be enough to slow some of you down and this particular car is missing one common distintive feature of these cars.

He's right, it is the 2000GT, that was easy. On of my favorite Jap cars, just purely on style.

It was a style icon to me. I think the late 60s was a high water mark for gorgeous automobiles.
