Looking for Fuel Saver Kit testers

Thanks for having me and be able to join your community, As you probably know one quart of gas needs around 15,000 quarts of air to burn (a man uses 15,000 quarts of air per day, so saving one quart of gas save the air for one man for one day).
I'm looking for drivers ready to test a new technology to save fuel and reduce pollution.
Already available on the European market, focus in vineyards equipments, it's now available in the US and we are looking for drivers to test it on US vehicles, more convenient if you live in Florida (East coast) to install it.
No engine modification required, installed before the air filter.

Thanks for your request, you're right, our device is very generic, working on all combustion engines, broilers, incinerators, furnace and all apparatus requiring air to burn.
This new technology is about qualifying a fraction of the incoming air through bio materials, to modify air structure creating a tensio-activity, with a ferro-magnetic charge, guided by an amorphous material. The mission is to « scratch » the air and energize the hygrometrically saturated air.

How does it counteract the induced thermostatic quantum shift in ionized charged plasma though? I mean, you'll get a runaway exothermic phase misalignment of the hydrocarbon nuclei, which you don't need me to explain how disastrous that would be.

If you soak the tar-baby in gasoline, will the resulting mixture better atomize and lead to more complete combustion?

I noticed on your website you claim that your product

do you have any independent certified/published test results that prove this? Other than a low-res "before" and "after" photo on your website?

It honestly seems that your goal is to generate sales by using big words and science-y language... Shown below is another snippet from your website's "patent" tab. Am I wrong?

1- Collecting air by the front grille through a stainless hosepipe (also used to refill the evaporator if necessary).
2- The Evaporator is increasing hygroscopicity value to produce the best active air through bio materials like ceramic, to modify water structure creating a tensio-activity,
3- The next step is to go through the reactor, with a ferro-magnetic charge, guided by an amorphous material. His mission is to « scratch » the air and energize the hygrometrically saturated air.
4- The Engine suction will create a vacuum turning on and off this device.
