The Crescent News of Defiance and WNDH of Napoleon are reporting that a $300,000 loan given to Revenge Designs by a Henry County Commissioner was not handled properly. All of the paperwork was not signed by proper county officials.
Peter Collorafi says he intends to return the $300,000 but so far none has been returned.
BTW for bhazard: The HP2G factory in Wauseon is on Linfoot Street. It is pretty much right across the street from Stelhorn's Pizza in the Fulton Industries complex. I'm guessing they are renting space from Fulton Industries. Whether they are producing anything there is another issue, but they do have HP2G signs on the door.
He is moving forward with efforts to manufacture an electronic component of his technology to sell on a retail level, he said. He hopes to begin selling an aftermarket component that would add variable displacement - sequentially shutting off cylinders when they aren't needed.
He estimated the price for the component would be around $7,500, and said he hoped to begin selling and installing them in vehicles by the end of the year.
