If you know the date of the incident, the NTSB has a query function, BUT , your attachments have the bulk of the findings displayed and some i haven't seen before. However i am unsure if rudder was enough to dutch roll since the system wasn't interconnected. Right pedal only activated the right rudder outwards for yaw, ditto for left going only outwards. Airbrakes used both pedals like toebrakes. Torque trim could account for the hands off roll however as well as bumping the side stick on the arm rest.

He did have sufficient fuel in the other tank to return to dirtside.

As usual, a series of unfortunate events. If he'd been taller and not needed the booster cushion he might've reached the valve.

I left out the part wher ehe was brought to the surface in pieces. We''ll always have Country Roads.

Denver

I was told that he had to unfasten shoulder and lap-belt, and actually stand and turn to enable reaching the valve handle, inadvertently stepping on the control pedal as he did so, and since he was unrestrained when he impacted the water, that only multiplied the physics of the injury.

We both timed that right. Mine was installed near the beginning of the pandemic.

This is the last year to get 26% federal tax credit. Next year it drops to 22%, and zero credit 2024 and beyond.

Billions of gallons of water are used per year cleaning off solar panels.
https://www.inceptivemind.com/mit-wa...-panels/23678/

New dust removal rig will use electricity to remove dust. Only problem is dust lays down on the panels then at night dew collects on the panels and cements the dust in place. That's why I can't just wipe off the dust with a dust mop and I'm building a 13hp pressure washer.
I feel like the people who built this never actually went outside and looked at a dirty solar panel.

A nanometer scale coating of titanium dioxide would make the panels oleophobic:

Nano titanium dioxide for coating (nano TiO2 for coating) a white loose powder, mainly composed of nano-titanium dioxide, rutile or anatase crystal, with significant photocatalytic antibacterial, photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and other harmful gases, with anti-fouling, UV shielding effect. This product is non-toxic and harmless, and has excellent compatibility ...
Anyways I dropped in to post his:

50W/sq meter from capturing the triboelectric charge; about a third the output of a square meter of photovoltaic solar.

Probably thousands of gallons just for mine, depending on the annual rainfall.

Socialist solar pyramid scheme runs out of other people's money.
That's really what happened.
