Not only it's fitted with the smallest engine available for this model in a worldwide basis, it's also a low-cost variant meant specifically to be made in India and Brazil...

It's still easy to see a Corsa of that type here, but this stock wheelcover is no longer easy to see.

I didn't even know this model was actually allowed into the taxi service in Florianópolis until I saw one for the first time around 2 years ago.

What do you think the windshield sticker says/said? Not sure if it's car-related or political. (The back of the car was peppered with NRA / Trump stickers.)
Windshield sticker "HP SPEC". As in HorsePower Spec (1 or 2 horsepower I'd imagine by now). Did you stick your head in the window past the mirror delete to read the odometer? It was analog on those wasn't it?

Cheers,

Ben.

By the seatbelt hinged to the door, seems to be US-spec. Spotted this one last December while I went to Bagé for the holidays.

My apartment was not affected by the flood, yet I spent 2 weeks with my aunts at the house where my deceased grandparents spent their last years.

As most of the the Brazilian mainstream media went in bed with Lula da Silva, of course it won't tell the whole story, because of political implications.

Sorry, was joking about swimming. Was in Germany watching english BBC during the event and they made it appear your entire town had a meter of flooding with rivers on every street. Being it was BBC, I figured they were telling the truth.

Most of the CBD and other boroughs were severely flooded. What I meant is the media downplays the role of some political agents who effectively gave cause to the flood due to neglect, and try to put the blame entirely on the mayor. Response to the tragedy on both state and federal level had been pathetic to say the least.
