That's kind of what my Prius is, it's so great being able to run the A/C in summer with the engine off

Wow. I expected a much higher number, because I live in Cali I guess. I don't know its miles, but it is obviously really clean and clean title. Someone should just fork over the dough and live happily ever after. Good luck!

Does that price include a one-way plane ticket?

Well, the latest person to inquire about it probably wishes so: he lives about an hour away and said that up to yesterday was driving a loaner from his mechanic because his current car died.
He wanted to come yesterday while he still had the loaner, but I was away. Now he has no easy way to get down here to see it. That's what I get for taking a couple of days off for a mini-vacation. Oops!

It's got 274k km / 170k mi on it.
I'm starting to see interest from "Prius hunters" who are willing to travel to get one, just as I did last year. 3 so far.
One guy who seemed quite serious about the car last weekend ended up buying '07 with the same miles that popped up closer to his house on Sunday.

I dropped the price again on Friday. A guy says he's coming to see it tomorrow from Ottawa (1+ hrs away).

deal
Sold! (Assuming they come back to pay the balance & pick it up on Friday.)
I got a bit less than I was hoping -- didn't break even on this one.
So, if you could rent a 2004 Prius for $42 a month for a year including maintenance, would you? Because that's what it ended up costing me to dip my toes in Toyota hybrid waters.

Buying, fixing, using and getting rid of a car for $42 a month is a win.

What was the monthly insurance like on the Prius? I'm on el-cheapo plan with my Insight in ONT and it's like $70-something/month.
