When you have plenty of eff money and a partner in custom car crime. Justin Beiber and West Coast Customs play with his RR Wraith and taking some design cues from the most recent outrageous Rolls Royce concept. Doubt any serious aero improvements but see a full four wheel wells fully dressed with spats!
