Excellent choice.
That's the Spectre BGW panel kit. << Spectre BGW Ltd. - Rod Conversions Wagons and Vans>> They also have the Venus Van (originally Domus or something) which is boxier.
The panel van kit closely fits the ideal aerodynamic profile aft of the Beetle's B-pillar. At least according to my investigations:
Look at me, going off-topic. That's a subject for another thread.

Ok so this one killed me for my not being able to get a picture for this topic!!!
It was a mid 80's ford full size panel van, 1 ton, 4WD, big block, 36" Ground Hawg Mud Tires, big push bumper, and the kicker was it had a pop up camper mounted on the roof! I assume they had a ladder inside to get up to the "second story" in the pop up for camping mode?
Either way it had to set a new record for worst MPG for a camping/utility vehicle!

I could go for something half-way in between. A fenderless Beetle with Horace-the-Hate-Bug side windows and flotation devices front and rear.
Needs a periscope.

ChopStix, That yellow "Betty boop" car is a Casalini Sulky. The four-wheel is rare, they are more common as 3-wheelers.

All I know is that its both an unaerodynamic car, and its funny to see Betty boop on it!

Big wake, but not bigger than a hatchback.

Bulged-out fenders, though the fronts look fairly smooth.
Overal, bottom-rear of the car looks like a mess.
Looks like a lot of air goes under the car, though it seems to me that something will go from the front over the sides.
Obviously, no details optimisation.
Rounded front.
Few and small disturbances like mirrors, spoilers, roof racks, handles.
Overall - doesn't look good, but not this bad either.
