I do not know, but look at this 2007 concept compared to a 2010 Camaro and the similarities will astound you.
FYI: I believe the +2010 Camaro's are Cd of .35 to .36 depending on how sporty the package.
Still better than .43
There must be some devilishly poor aerodynamic details which we cannot see which account for the 2007 concept Volt's poor numbers.

The camaro has smaller wheels(!), a lower hood, a longer and slightly tapered tail section, all helpful for lowering Cd.
So, 0.43 vs 0.36? I believe it.

Omg that Volt looks so stupid. Forget fuel economy, the aesthetics are just, you know, were they trying to capture the 6 to 10-year old boy market? What is the deal with those wheels? The whole thing looks completely absurd. What is wrong with car-buyers that they'd spend money to drive around in something so gaudy?
*EDIT*
Oh okay it's a concept. Well that makes me feel a little better about humanity.

Both the Camaro and the Volt concept share the same design language.
If you wonder what a curse looks like when expressed in design language, well...

Google Images made me do it. The Back Alley: Oddities
Compare to the Volkhart-Saggitta V2. But the rear entry/bikini top kills the Cd.
Actually, this grille block makes a lot of sense.
Speaking of messing with the Camaro's proportions:

How about the OX?
It has the aero of a brick but at least it flat packs and ships like it comes from IKEA.
