My bicycles are just too convenient and this car is too much of a hassle.

I'm selling this soon, for really cheap. If anyone in the Detroit/SE Michigan area is interested, PM me. Willing to part out the OEM mirror delete plate, custom aero mirror, LRR tires OR Winterforce snow tires, and whatever else as long as I can still sell a running, driving car.

I'm ready to deal.

For a while I've kind of wanted to make a flower planter out of an engine block. Someone in my hometown did it and it looks pretty cool. Here's an example from the cybernets:

So the question is, will I make more money selling off the wheels, tires and parts, and turning the engine into a planter?

Seems like a fun tribute to my hypermiling days, though I wonder if I would have more fun and/or money parting the car entirely and pulling apart a $200 Dakota for its engine instead. Surely a V8 would look better as a planter. Maybe even a V6.

A RWD transmission would look cool if it were stood upright and the bell housing used as a planter. Buy a broken truck and use every part of the bison?

Fun. I've been wondering what to do with an old 1.0L I have sitting around, too.

Road trip to Detroit and give it to me! haha.

I think my project threads (though I've only had two) are devolving quite rapidly by the time I'm done with them. First it was pulling off a damaged boattail, and now it's literally planting flowers in the engine.

I guess we all want our cars to be more eco-friendly, right?
