-keep at it, and remember p&g works well at lower speeds too-less aero drag helps with gliding distances!

damn straight! on the back road section of my comute I've been doing 55-45 glides and 40-30 glides in respective limits and If I catch a toe I get sucked along nicely for 25+sec glides(pos -ve incline though!!) the motorway glides are quite short in the brick-like olop!

well, I chicken out at 571 because i had to go up to Carlisle, so I shoved £30 in the tank (couldn't afford to brim it ) so this tank is going to show up like some of the otherones with a greater number of Gallons than the tank can hold.

Also because of P+G having a low WAF (wife acceptence factor - see glossary) it was back to the good old cruise for 247miles of kid-loaded fun over the lakes!

this morning it was back to P+G. might be able to strectch back out to a record MPG even if the maths on a record tank are screwed.

ah well. You could always just post it as a tank- as long as the total volume of fiuel is logged against the correct miles there should be no error..

Doing some in depth Squirt per min calcs to figure out how much I 'could' gain on P+G.

I hope you all have your calulators at the ready to check the math because

If it is correct and anyone wants the .xls sheet then I'll quite happily slap it up as a resource!
