Kids plural right? You pit one against the other.
With any luck you can make your sister's life agony.

Isn't any HVAC system supposed to do so? On a sidenote, it does surprise me water recovered from the HVAC is not so widely used in my country.

Yes, but it's typically considered waste, instead of being a resource.

Sure, but it could be either filtered or boiled to kill contaminants and enable human consumption, or serve for other purposes such as watering garden plants.

The more "my" part of the solar array produces the less I pay on my bill.
All of this is managed by the local utility (PGE) so nothing special to do except sign up and look for the credit on my bill.

A follow-up:
The solar generation credits for July showed up on my August power bill. In July "my" fraction of the solar farm produced 639 kWh of electricity earning me a $4.90 credit. In July my house consumed 280 kWh of electric at a cost of $46.52 so that works out to a 10.5% discount on my electric bill for doing nothing besides signing up for the program.
I know we have some members near Portland Oregon. If you get your power from PGE (Portland General Electric) you can sign up here: https://neighborhoodpower.com/

I made bread with a friend. No yeast. We just set a bowl of water out, exposed overnight, to whatever was in the ambient air and added the flour.
Turned out, the air was full of 'flora.'

No wonder Jewish tradition claims just adding water to flour and leaving it unattended for a while, even if no yeast is added, results in fermentation. That's why matzo bread is baked so quickly after flour is mixed with water.
