They don't carry any current and barely any voltage.

Thats not a typical panel used setup on a mobile home.

Solar sucks.
I think if I altered the chart to add a bar for tons of CO2 per TwH, a bar for cost and another one for environmental impact just land use there would be one very, very, clear winner that blows the rest away like a nuclear bomb.

Mother nature doesn't care. No simp points.
Look on the bright side, it only broke the weak ones.

Norway just announced a deposit of Phosphate that will last 100 years (in some linear projection).
www.independent.co.uk: Massive mineral deposit discovery could meet global battery and solar panel demand ‘for next 100 years’
Quote:
A huge phosphate rock deposit discovered in Norway contains enough minerals to meet the global demand for batteries and solar panels for the next 100 years, according to the mining company that controls it.
Norge Mining said up to 70 billion tonnes of the non-renewable resource may have been uncovered in south-western Norway, alongside deposits of other strategic minerals like titanium and vanadium.
......
Russia previously controlled the world’s largest ultra-pure phosphate rock deposits, with the European Union warning that these “critical raw materials” have a high supply risk.

Phosphate mining creates a lot of radioactive waste. Every ton of phosphate leaves a ton of annoyingly radioactive leftovers.
Plus I thought the environmental terrorists like to claim that wind and solar don't make any radioactive wast.
Just because something is renewable doesn't mean it's really clean or actually renewable.

Man it just keeps getting worse.
Coal to solar.
Here's the coal fired power plants that the Chinese never built, burning coal they didn't import to not make solar panels using what the western world would call slave labor.
"2 separate coal fired plants"

"How did solar panels get so cheap?"
Undecided with matt ferrel. Matt ferrel is like the wish dot com version of practical engineerings Grady.
