Does this mean you won't rescue the others from growing into the ground?

I remember reading a while back that Mike Tyson made $20M in one fight and was up to his ears in dept in less than a year. I doubt he spent it on Metros, though...

Don't ditch the graphics!

Why not? They're really, really horrible! They scream late 80's/early 90's. I can't imagine that I'd be ruining a potential record $ auction at Barret Jackson by peeling them off...

I'd better start a new thread so you can see...

Nope! Though I doubt any of these can be "rescued". They're organ donors at this point.

...in military aircraft terminology they'd be called "hangar queens"...'shedding' parts instead of clothes.

Sure! A slew of Swifts. A mess of Metros. Or a multitude. Oh wait... You are serious! What now? Are you starting on a veritable volume of 'verts??

Nothing else about a 91 Firefly screams early 90s. Maybe if you leave the graphics alone, nobody will notice when you put that boat-tail stinger off the back...

Thread update.

I have good news and bad news!

The good news is: I never did attempt to acquire any of the cars described and pictured in post #1 of this thread.

The bad news is: I never did attempt to acquire any of the cars described and pictured in post #1 of this thread.

(Is that what they mean by "conflicted"?)

In other good & bad news, I found a dead 1990 Suzuki Swift GT. It will be acquired and sacrificed for the betterment of my current fleet. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one!

It looks like this, but grey... though I think it was at different times also red, and/or purple. Actual photos to follow. (Psychological evaluations to be strenuously avoided.)
