I think all members vehicles should automatically be entered into what ever categories they fit ..
Otherwise its going to come down to dissing lower mpg members to remove their entries because its lowering the TEAM effort ..
Its already happening in the efforts to "convince" members to join other categories ..
The only member anyone should be competing with is YOURSELF

I don't think anyone should feel pressured to quit the team. This is a team effort after all, and improvement from any member, whether they're on top of the list or at the bottom, will help the team average.

I agree. All members are valued, and each member's score figures equally in the team's numbers.
Apparently a car can be a member of more than one team. So joining the boat tail or sports car team wouldn't remove a car from Team Honda.

Sounds good. Don't worry too much about team average. We like to bring it up, but it is really about encouraging high FE efforts. The more the merrier!

Thanks for the warm welcome!
I'm still calibrating my Ultragauge, so it was a little optimistic this tank, but still got 46.9mpg.

Congrats are in order:
In addition to darcane's improving results noted a few posts above, RoadtripChris and Ecky both had best-ever mpg's in August, and an overall increasing mpg trend.
Good going!

Not right now. I've been trying to do multiple teams for a while and it doesn't work for me anyway.

Finally got 2 amp battery charger installed in the car. I also tracked down the block heater cord for when things finally get back to normal around here. Still 30C today in September! I'll have to plan out the wiring, thinking about joining the charger and block heater lines under hood with a simple 3 into 1 fitting, then wiring up a marinco flush plug to mount on the bumper or some other handy place. That way it's all aero when underway. Seen a truck forum with this setup. Looks very cool.
I also did an oil change and switched to synthetic (well, I don't really know what was in there to begin with...). Note to self: changing oil outside on the windy day not such a good idea...
Next up is thought into grille cover! What are you guys using?

Have a look here
http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthrea...nel-22503.html
I read that our generation Civic has a drain plug on underside of block. I think to the passenger side of the oil pan? Worth taking a look, instead of wrestling with a freeze plug. I think they are hard to reach between the exhaust connections. Again, based on reading; not on looking.
