Sure would look tacky, but if it works I'm buying some brushes!

So who's going to ABA test them? Phil, I seem to remember you were busy at the moment. Perhaps another enterprising individual? I'm dirt poor with a broken car right now
Also, does anyone know what the pricing is on the link Skyking posted?
Regarding the fuzz, I've never heard of a ground clearance law pertaining to modifying a vehicle. If there were I'm sure you wouldn't see cars static lowered like this. Don't worry about it!
Interested to see what % improvement these might make. BZP and aerohead, what kind of improvements did you see with the side skirt things on your trucks?

I see a small but significant, yet not necessarily game ending, problem.
The aircraft door seal is straight line. When it is bent to fit in a
wheel well, the inner side of the channel that holds the seal will deform,
possibly enough to not hold the seal.
Example: Assume the aluminum? channel holding the bristles is 1/2 in. tall.
If the channel is bent to fit in a wheel well 24 in. from front to
rear, essentially a semi-circle with a radius of 12 in., there is a difference
of ~1.5 inches between the arc at the longer outside and shorter inside of
the channel. The material has to go somewhere. I suspect it will form into
small, wave-like distortions which may not grip the bristles.
It may be possible to re-crimp the channel to hold the bristles.
It may be easier to start with a pre-bent channel, like one meant for a
truck-sized wheel well, even though it's radius of bend too large, at least
its not flat = infinite radius.

None of the sites I looked at had pricing, they wanted a spec so they could quote. Rokeby, that was just the page I landed on. There are tons of flexible designs with different bristles and lengths and weights. It sure got me to thinking, I could put a brush up on the edge of the truck bed, and down from the lower edge of the 5th wheel to seal that flow off. Have one behind the other, they could overlap.

My bad for not exploring the site more completely.
Things are looking betterer and betterer.
When bent into a semicircle, the bristles will overlap and intertwine
then being less likely to be blown outward by air pressure in the
wheel well and better at restricting airflow too.
What's not to like?

I would want a hidden camera and microphone.
Many years ago on a CHIPS episode, the star CHP officers pulled a Frenchman over who was going down the freeway in a Citroen DS19 on 3-wheels! The Chippies were flabergasted and couldn't convince the motorist that it was a 'problem'.The Parisian kept insisting that it was "No problem."Very funny!

Was that before or after he hit another vehicle and took off towards the moon?
