Thanks for bringing this one up... would really like to see the "first time" walk through organized a bit better. The info is there, but it's not written out as well as it could be. Should have its own section ("first time bringup" or some such) along with a step by step walkthrough of the bringup process.

I have zero idea how one of these works, if you have some experience with theses then by all means go ahead and fix it I will sit back and offer tips and help revise it.

I can also be your "first time" reader and give you some ideas
