The worse thing is that my material is in the boot of the car, increasing its weight. Its been there for a little while.
I went to check earlier and some of the rubbish from A Jnrs birthday party tidying is still stored on top of it.
And that was in May.
Where is the smiley for one of these but slower

BUY coroplast!?!?!?!
Just go out the day after elections! You can get HUGE sheets of it for free!
Just make sure to grab the political sign of the LOOSING candidate, as the winners party likes to leave their signs up for a bit!

No elections in my neck of the woods I know about. Otherwise I would be voting...

We've got local elections this month, but we don't use coroplast here I'd be glad to send you a few sheets with politicians' mugs, since I don't like to look at them.
On the other hand, you've got small kids at home, so I don't want to be responsible for nightmares...

It's good to see England realized how right the colonists in America were for ditching the monarchy for progress.

In the UK we managed to keep both. Whether that is a good balance is a different matter.
And I'm English - Gods Own.

Marginal win, with the help of the French. Maybe in injury time. But we kept the really good bit, India.
Have you hugged a Frenchman today ?

LOL the frenchmen are a bit too, um, cocky to hug without feeling a bit concerned. That and now they hate us anyway.
Then again, we did free them from the Germans in the 1940s. (with some valuable help from the Brits, for certain.)
And I thought the quotation was to be born italian.....at least, according to the esteemed Jeremy Clarkson
Come to think of it, I'm partly French. Maybe I should give my wine drinking ancestor a hug
Wow, India. That's a land of opprotunity.

YKYAEM if......
all the coroplast election signs pique your interest a bit too much, and the great big 4'x4' sign you saw earlier in the day has "underbelly pan" written on it.

It's hard to feel like the kicking of butt 227* years ago was part of my history, when none of my ancestors were here at the time. Still, I enjoy the benefits of the Constitution and liberal democratic that were set in place here, most of which developed in the old world. So, England, thanks for John Locke and the Magna Carta.
*In 1776, it was American butts being kicked. The war was far from decided until 1781.

Meh, it would seem there was enough kicking to go around on both sides. But 1776 was when they decided to go for it and take the plunge into the unknown.
And I agree that the Greeks conceived of democracy, and the Brits placed some of the foot path stones, and the French helped to fianance the effort, and the Native Americans helped in the infantry.........etc.
Either way, the result is here today...and I'm thankful for all those involved. But the chance to poke the ribs of a friendly Brit was irresistable.
