I haven't seen that link. How are you computing MPG?

Manual. Fill up full tank. Zero out Trip A mile counter. Drive from central, MD to Richmond, VA ( approx 160 miles) I-95 highway. Fill up again. Trip A miles divided by amount of gas fill up in Richmond, VA. Then do the same for trip from Richmond, VA back to central MD.

And you do this for each change? and have no-change control runs? And a sample size baseline of more than 1?

I was working in MD driving daily from my home in Richmond, VA since July 2007. I started the baseline manual computes since July 2008 (Monday thru Friday) when fuel hit $4/gallon. I started experimenting with hydroxy boosting August 2008. I finally got this setup right in Jan 2009 and stabilized the hydroxy booster design in March 2009. So you see I have been getting 45-50 MPG highway for more than 1 year now.

First, do not buy online.
Second, do not buy if you are not even familiar with hydrogen generation using electrolysis.
Most of the cost is due to Platinum-cladded Niobium anode.

If you are in the northern VA/DC/MD area we can drive the test route (central MD to central VA) so you can see

You might want to check this PhD study. This might probably explain the hydroxy side.

you MAY NOT use this paper / PDF to justify your.... claims
or shall i say ($700) HOAX ?

because
the paper refers to the test results showing benefits of HYDROGEN injection into a lean burn single cylinder engine.

but
you claim to be using HHO called by you HYDROXY otherwise known as browns gas .

it is NOT HYDROGEN it is two molecules of hydrogen with one molecule of 0xygen AND what ever clings on left over from the process you are using for electrolysis . ..

Hydrogen works, HHO does not .
