Charged Dark Matter and the H 0 tension
We consider cosmological models where dark matter is charged under a dark Abelian gauge field. This new interaction is repulsive and competes with gravity on large scales and in the dynamics of galaxies and clusters. We focus on non-linear models of dark electrodynamics where the effects of the new force are screened within a K-mouflage radius that helps avoiding traditional constraints on charged dark matter models.

It is so easy to dismiss or ridicule what you know nothing about.

Children are susceptible to COVID-19 and do spread the virus. Even if they do not get as ill as adults, or not as often, or their disease is not recognized.
But it is there.

Yet many fail to recognize what's really happening. So fitting for this thread.

Kids spread chicken pox, measels, lice like wild fire to each other, adults. China virus would be no different.
Infants are vulnerable to everything. For example, listeria, normal adults will barely get bubble guts from it, but it can kill a baby. Nothing new here.

My understanding of the nightly news is that it's heavily left leaning, so am I understanding correctly that you imply the left leaning half of the population don't care about protecting life?

I don't buy that premise at all.

Politically, the left places more faith in governmental institutions to solve problems, and the right places more faith in markets and individuals. There's some healthy balance to strike between those values.
*the mortality rate must be understood within the context of the infection rate, which is rated at 10X that of the flu.
*their hasn't been enough testing to have identified the spatial and temporal distribution of the virus.
*'infected' Americans can be asymptomatic and freely infecting others, without any 'indications.'
*nobody in the USA 'knows' Covid-19s impact at present.
*your comment about herd immunity is unfounded.Nobody knows.

*you will know who owns the media by the advertising they carry.Hardly the 'left'.
*the electoral college that elected Trump can be taken as a representative ,metric for the percentage of the US population which,by default,is not interested in human welfare, unless it's judged by the Chicago School of Economics.Same folks who brought us the economic meltdown of 2007..........

*2,200,000 sickened.Millions 'may' die.There's 7,700,000,000 people

*no one is certain about immunity
*No one is certain that it won't come back
*it's an unknown quantity
*this is the 19th SARS corona virus
*they began from bats
*then passed from bats to pangolins
*Covid-19 is presently believed to be a trifecta virus, which jumped from bat-to pangolin, then to an as yet, unidentified, third species, each time achieving an easier attachment to human proteins, then uncontrolled reproduction.
*it's the virus that's moving the goal posts, not me.
