Gosh, I hope nobody ever parks on a cambered road where those are sold. The old fashioned rain gutter was also a handy way to save a few bucks on a body seam. The Mini continued them down the A and C pillars, to the consternation of the air.

Well, this '47 Dodge I spotted in my hometown does look quite cartoon-ish.

There was one of those parked next to the highway in Lincoln, Oregon, for decades. Light green and it never showed a speck of rust or dust in all that time. Then it was gone.

I could guess it ran on its own flathead-six power

Seriously, for something so ancient and quite crude, the smoothness of a Chrysler flathead-six is impressive.

Chrysler Brothers were building superior products in the 1920s. They just weren't as fast as Fords.

Not shown is the fuel pump and brake pedal line junction cover plate (deflection plate) between the ST-Classic skid plate and floor pan. Would make for a fairly flat surface minus the chaos of the air being passed over the cylinders at the rear (right side of image).

My deflection plate had several dents in it that I flattened out with a 3lb hammer. It's there for a reason, you don't want to lose your fuel pump to a Michigan pot hole.

NOTE: I'm not sure why ST-Classic chose images of a 550 and 356 for a 911 spare tire hold down strap. If it looks confusing, it is clarified at the site with other images - I trust.

I have not taken the very top image to the aerodynamic template AST-II or otherwise. Could prove to be interesting, but looks to fall way short. If the Cd is 0.233 that would be awesome.

2-Mann-Kabine = Two man cabin. After that it gets harder and would involve typing it into a translator. Example:
Quote:
Grundkörper | German to English | Engineering (general)
https://www.proz.com/kudoz/german-to...undkörper.html
English translation: main body: Explanation: Depending on the context, it may also be possible to use "base body", but in my opinion "main body" is a good option. In patents, it usually just refers to the main part of something. Selected response from: Emma Grubb United Kingdom
