I always have my notes in on-time. I never need a reminder.

You've got your job, she's got hers. She probably has to document every reminder to prove she's doing something.
I didn't mean to thank that, but I don't like removing thanks. Oh, well.

I asked the selling agent: "Did the owner of 1075 Rim View Dr decide to wait out that pesky global pandemic?"
"They are going fast…."
Why don't people answer questions?!
"Did 1075 Rim View Dr sell?"
"It is pending."
Had Dawn reached out to the selling agent when I requested she might be earning a commission, but now she is getting some one-star reviews.
In other news, I will not be paid for teletherapy until I complete CPR training, which is unavailable for the foreseeable future.

There's a requirement to administer CPR over the internet?

I am also required to maintain liability insurance, in case the parents sue me for not stopping their angel from throwing their iPad.

Seems that insurance company should be giving you a break too, considering you aren't in physical contact, and therefore not liable for the physical well-being of the clients.
Will probably take the next 2 years to get the various litigation resolved in courts. Good time to be a lawyer or judge.

I just left some reviews for Dawn on Zillow, Google, Facebook, and Realtor.com. For two of those I was her first review.
My clients only get me a tiny fraction of a house commission, but I respond to every communication from the families.
My boss told me that as long as I sign up for a class I am good. I will ask if asking to be put on the waiting list for when the fire station resumes training is adequate.
Do you think he will say "Just drive 3.5 hours each way so you can do three hours of teletherapy each week!"?

I got my boating "license" online while drinking. They don't have that for CPR?

Bummer. You'd figure for something clearly explained on posters at swimming pools and workplace break rooms all throughout the country, there'd eventually be some assumed level of knowledge and the "training" would be more pro-forma, refresher type.

Only takeaway I got from the online boating test was that engine powered vessels are the give-way vessel to wind/paddel powered vessels. In practice, paddle boarders should get out of the way of cargo ships.
