I've already got somewhere to live and something to drive. Tell me why the replacement you're offering is worth that much to me.

What exactly did you say when you proposed?

Which brings us back to: How do you choose friends?

The one teacher that talks to me seems to be much further behind than I am. She wants to sell her double-wide and buy a site-built home in-town.

She isn't pre-qualified for a mortgage and she hasn't looked for houses much.

Dawn started copying-and-pasting responses to my reviews, including: "I followed up with you and left a voice mail about it and unfortunately did not hear back from you."

I saw that she called May 30th at 0913. I sent her a text the same day at 1500 saying: "Hello Dawn, this is [Xist]. I see that you called. Were you able to get a video tour of 1075 Rim View Dr?"

The house was already off of the market when I saw that she called.

She also wrote: "As you can see from all of our other reviews, I pride myself in giving 5 star service."

Right. Let's read those 5-star reviews and see what people wrote about her taking pride in her work:

What would that witch from "Princess Bride" say about Dawn's statements?

My introductory APR ended yesterday, so I paid off my credit card. Do you guys want to know how zero debt feels?

Bad meme. Way too many Is, not enough As. Did you even see the movie?

Responding to negative reviews is hard, even harder if you're not good. Sad that you sunk your time into a realtor that isn't good.

Mostly by whether I like spending time with them.

Now how to I get advice on realtors from friends and co-workers? I ask people that have successfully purchased a house how they liked their realtor and how the buying process went.

I cannot get people to go to lunch with me. I used to offer to treat them to Taco Tuesday and I couldn't interest anyone.

Taco

Tuesday!

I just paid off my credit cards because I did not have anything else to do with my money.

I feel exactly the same as I did before. I was not paying interest. I was not depressed because I had debt.

Now my credit score goes up?

Yay?

Yay? Yay.

I've heard similar tales from a couple of friends who had are lucky enough to still be working -- first time ever they've been able (willing?) to accelerate debt repayment or completely get out of consumer debt.

I have been actively engaged in paying off my debt since I first had any. People used to tell me to stop making extra payments and start putting money in savings.

I tried explaining the math, but people who give me advice are intolerant of math.
