In 2011 I started with tank averages in the area of 33mpg and ended as high as 66. The year or lifetime average was 57.32mpg. The fall's mods seem to have kept the car over 60mpg even in the California "winter". My goal for 2012 is making the car more comfortably sit up in the 60-70mpg range through more mods and improving the existing mods. I want to be able to drive it faster sometimes without killing my mpg performance. I don't want to keep going for new highs. Now I want the car to look better (it looks okay now).

One thing I'm working on is a power-regulator-isolation unit so I can use the navigation light power lines as my radio antenna. <GRINS> After all, foam-and-fiberglass are invisible to radio waves.
I'm also going to make sure all wiring and metal parts are lightning-proof, interconnected. I do NOT plan to fly into IFR weather but sometimes weather stations are far between (aka., in mountain and large bays.) I've had multiple cases where Flight Service Stations on both ends of route were reporting VFR only the space between them . . . but the weather in the middle didn't get the memo.

It's hard for me to say for sure about last year's, but I'd put an estimate at ~ 25 mpg. Goals for this year are 35-40 mpg, but I need to get cracking. Will be mostly aero mods and some ECU tuning.

I wish to reach 30MPG with my Previa, and buy a car for my planned Formula Eco project.

I want to get my suburban back into the MPGs back into the mid to high 20s and be more powerful and capable than ever, with intrgrated air compressor and AC inverters to run power tools.

Well, I didn't post any goals for 2011...but I did make headway with the ECONORAM. Not only did I hit over 20mpg, I managed to do it for a 2,400 mile trip.
This year, I plan to formalize my belly panel kit, extend it to the rear bumper, formalize my wheel covers and my wheel arch fairings, install an injector cut-out, rig up pseudo- electric power steering, install a fuel heater and a warm air intake...maybe even a Kammback; all in my effort to hit 25 mpg at 60mph...then at 65mph.
And last but not least, a manual transmission conversion. Not so much for mpg, but because I don't want an auto!
For the Avenger, haven't put much thought into that. It will get some wheel covers and a better grill block. It'll hit 32mpg without too much difficulty, so I might try for 35mpg.
God help me; I've actually put it in writing now!

- gain some weight (seriously! I'm 6'2" and 150 lb = 188 cm / 68 kg) I plan to do some lifting and body-weight routines.

- Did some work on the Civic and it's still going. 199,000 miles. Possibly getting a new-to-me car this year, with a hatchback for utility purposes.
- "only" 74 mpg for the year
- best ever tank of 90 mpg, 1191 miles
And I finally DID gain some weight. I had to eat a TON - double what I used to, plus a lot of protein. 3x a week workouts. Result: +10 lb and visibly bigger. Bonus: less back pain.

Recap of my 2012. :
16.693 miles
77,0 mpg average (lifetime 76,8)
best : 89,5 mpg over 300 miles
worst : 63,9 mpg (over 600+ miles at constant 70 mph)
Goals for 2013 :
- get above 78,4 mpg lifetime average (3 l/100 km) which will take some time since I have already driven 30.000 miles
- get 100 mpg on a full tank, resulting in a possible 2.000 km without refilling.
- maintain low usage cost (all included) of 7€ per 100 km
